How to Help

We have a lot of needs in San Pedro. We first of all need you to pray for us. "The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective." - James 5:16b

Here are our current prayer requests:
1. Missions School Semester coming to a close well
2. My visit to the United States
3. Christmas season (we have a lot of people in need)

Learning from Experience

Hi Everyone,
Everything has been very busy in San Pedro. This past week we had the priveledge of having David Tolman (Stephen's father) as a guest speaker in the missions school, Id Pues.
He mainly shared experiences of listening to the voice of God in Africa, Canada, and Mexico. One of the things he taught which caught my attention is that God is always trying to speak to us through circumstances, people, and his word. Many times we simply aren't listening to even the simple things he is telling and teaching us.
He also taught that God wants to have a relationship with us, which means good communication. We need to spend time just talking with God and not only letting him know our petitions, but also letting him know how much we love him. We need to do that everyday.
Mr. Tolmans visit to our class was a true blessing, and even though what I learned was so simple, I know that it has the power to change my life.
